**The General Manager is responsible for the overall functionality of the community and is the leader in creating and maintaining the highest standards of resident satisfaction in all areas including**:
- Resident care, risk management, regulatory compliance

- Team member interactions and resident and family relationships
- Maintenance and Housekeeping
