Laundry Attendant/housekeeper

**Job Title: Laundry Attendant**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens, towels, and uniforms according to established procedures
- Inspect linens for stains or damage and pre-treat as necessary
- Operate industrial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor of any shortages
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in custodial work, housekeeping management, hospitality, or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Scranton, PA 18519 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
