- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop and manage budgets, analyze variances, and collaborate with department heads.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis, evaluate investments, and provide recommendations.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure internal controls and compliance.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the finance team, conduct evaluations, and foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5-7 years of financial management experience.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: $85.00 - $97.00 per hour
