Blueridge Restaurant Group is a from scratch upscale restaurant that currently operates two concepts; Copper Canyon Grill and Glenwood’s (formerly Stanford Grill and Stanford Kitchen) and has expansion plans to continue its growth. Founded in 2002, the company is headquartered in Columbia, MD. Each restaurant offers a dramatic exhibition kitchen, a polished casual ambiance, top notch service, and understandable American cuisine that simply tastes great.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive traffic.
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) to maintain a consistent brand presence and foster community engagement.
- Craft thoughtful and timely responses to customer reviews across various platforms to maintain positive relationships and enhance our online reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assist with planning and hosting marketing events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
- Assist with internal branding, PR initiatives, and communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar role
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
