Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Assistant to manage our inventory operations efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory items.
- Keeping accurate inventory records using our management system.
- Performing regular inventory counts and addressing discrepancies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with various departments to fulfill inventory requests.
- Assisting in the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures.
- Participating in inventory audits to ensure compliance with protocols.
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including packaging and unpacking.
- Maintaining a clean and organized inventory storage area.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Pay: $22.75 - $24.48 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
