BASIC FUNCTION: A customer service representative acts as the liaison between customers and the company. Answering customer questions, resolve complaints, and address emergency issues when needed. Handling the customer quickly and efficiently to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer all incoming calls prior to the third ring.
- Process all transactions within NAV - Secure lease signature when needed.
- Assist with billing issues and general client concerns/needs.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Link all documents and correspondence to NAV for future reference.
- COI / W-9 and Vendor Packet Set Up.
- Call and schedule elevator times if applicable.
- Coordinate with Operations all requests for inventory and scheduling.
- Review previous day’s transactions and fix any errors in NAV.
- Work with the sales team to address and resolve customer issues.
- Assist with Aging when requested.
- Process any other sundry items set by Customer Service Manager or RGM.
