Summary:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President of Operations-Outpatient holds a pivotal role in overseeing the comprehensive management of service areas and driving successful growth and development within the organization. This multifaceted role encompasses strategic evaluation of business operations, clinic management, leadership, and team development, fostering growth in service areas, and facilitating collaborative outcomes with all stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Spearhead cross-functional projects and initiatives by developing strategic milestones, robust project plans, and implementing effective policies.
- Collaborate closely with the team to optimize operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accountability by managing action items and processes across multiple teams, fostering a culture of responsibility and proactive problem-solving.
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's national direction, metrics, and initiatives, leading messaging and communication efforts while resolving issues and concerns effectively.
- Oversee service area and clinic performance, including financial review and approval, evaluation of clinic productivity, and proactive recommendations for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing department to enhance market presence, branding, and patient volume across all sites.
- Mitigate risks to the practice by conducting thorough assessments (business, financial, personnel, regulatory) and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drive operational efficiency by leading by example and nurturing a performance culture that celebrates achievements, integrity, and diversity.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives and planning for all outpatient sites, conducting market assessments and implementing tactics to enhance market share.
- Foster a culture of trust and integrity within the organization, ensuring alignment with Rogers' core values.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project plans, effectively communicating the needs of plans and budgets to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Solid background in operational management and analysis, including the development of business plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- High degree of personal accountability, energy, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.

Physical/Mental Demands:

- Position requires walking, sitting, and standing. Lifting is moderate; must be capable of lifting a
- minimum of twenty (20) pounds. Reaching, handling, grasping and manual dexterity are necessary to
- operate various equipment.
- Verbal and hearing ability are required to interact with staff, consultants, patients, and family members of patients. Numerical ability is required to maintain records and operate a computer.
- Logical thinking and discretion required to make decisions in initiating and implementing policies and procedures and standards.
- Able to read and communicate through written, verbal, and auditory skills and abilities.
- Physically/mentally able to perform job duties as verified by a physical exam by a licensed physician, per post-employment physical.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to work effectively with patients, families, professional staff, and Hospital staff members.
- Exercise high degree of tact and poise.
- Possess an understanding of treatment philosophies.
- Able to conceptualize and analyze new projects, interpret, and implement existing policies, develop procedures, and perform other tasks as required and/or assigned.
- Able to perform diverse and complex tasks and activities requiring independent judgment, problem solving and concise decision-making skills.

Travel Requirement:

- This position requires travel as needed to support operational objectives and engage with stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, etc.) or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in behavioral health field
- 4 years’ experience link to operations and leadership
