**Position Overview**:
Communiboost is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team in Jersey City. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and success with Communiboost's products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your communication skills and passion for helping others while contributing to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Communiboost's products and services to existing clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client support, or related roles, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools to manage client interactions and track progress.

Pay: $26.93 - $30.04 per hour
