As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring a Global Head of IT to oversee the corporate IT operations of Nozomi Networks.

The team is responsible for building, deploying, maintaining, securing and supporting key tools, processes, and technology that enable the team at Nozomi Networks to do its best work. As our Global Leader of IT, you will provide the vision and leadership required to meet those responsibilities. You will own the vital systems that power all aspects of our business and you'll work cross-functionally with the team to drive excellence across Nozomi Networks.

In this role you will:

- Oversee, building and leading the Information Technology team: Help Desk, Applications and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain the strategy for the IT organization's operations, including internal stakeholder engagement and support teams responsibilities.
- Understand the strategy and architecture of our business systems and how they connect to drive efficiencies in our processes, especially around sales and SFDC.
- Leading the implementation, deployment, management and ensuring the overall health for all IT systems, with a focus on NetSuite, SFDC and CPQ
- Reporting to the CFO and working closely with compliance, implementing critical security policy and supporting audits, investigations, and incident management.
- Engaging directly with Nozomi Networks' executives regarding their organizational IT needs.
- Developing, maintaining and supporting key processes such as company data management, employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Providing vision, with an eye to scaling ahead of growth, for technology selection, adoption, growth, and migration for all key systems working closely with the relevant stakeholders in the broader business.
- Continuously improving systems and processes for end user support.
- Negotiating and managing vendor relationships.
- Supporting design and implementation of internal technology systems across Nozomi
- Ability and propensity to leverage a hands on engagement model as needed to support the Nozomi Networks' mission.
- Owning responsibility for developing and maintaining the strategy for implementing the key information systems such as:

- Systems experience in identity management, Communications, office (remote and on-prem), inventory and management
- Ability to run global projects on time and budget, ideally using proven methodologies
- Experience, rolling out, managing and supporting HR, Finance and Legal systems

**To be Successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated success at a scaling start-up
- Proven Leadership experience in a small or medium-sized SaaS environment
- Experience of building a scalable IT systems strategy ready for a post IPO environment
- Knowledge of best-in-class 3rd parties to leverage and build scalable IT environments
- Experience in a public company setting a plus
- Outstanding leadership qualities and skills, with specific experience inspiring IT teams to achieve stretch goals.
- An ownership mindset, with an eye for doing what's required to support Nozomi Networks' mission and success.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate complex technical and analytical issues into clear, concise, jargon-free communications to educate and inspire technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and program management skills.
- Demonstrable cross-functional relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated experience with key IT systems such as directory management, office systems (e.g. Microsoft Office), financial systems (e.g. Netsuite, Workday).
- Experience leading the implementation, deployment, management of systems of SFDC and CPQ
- Demonstrable experience with implementing IT systems in public cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud).
- Ability to flex as a player-coach in a small and nimble team with complex and dynamic stakeholder requirement.
- SOX experience or equivalent would be hugely advantageous.
- Understanding and ability to follow infosec guidelines & principles and IT Services.

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $174K to $238K This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
