**Essential Job Functions**
- Answering incoming calls directing the caller to the appropriate associate, transferring calls to voice mailbox, or taking a thorough message if requested.
- Assists with audits of various payroll, benefits, or other HR programs.
- Issues disciplinary action when needed.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
- Assist in preparing files as requested.
- File papers and documents into appropriate personnel files.
- Daily review of punch detail reports to ensure accurate and complete time records for all organizations.
- Maintain adequate supplies for hiring and onboarding activities.
- Maintains required postings at all locations.
- Follows and implements organization wide safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to interact with employees and properly direct them to the correct point of contact.
- Ability to communicate with various teams and management.
- Properly document and maintain accurate employee records/data.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

**Education and Experience**

Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
