We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting the right insurance plan. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in educating customers about our products and services, building relationships, and driving sales growth for Z Health Insurance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to customers' needs and concerns to understand their healthcare requirements and preferences.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and coverage options of Z Health Insurance plans.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to help customers select the most suitable insurance plan.
- Effectively communicate pricing, terms, and conditions to customers and address any questions or objections they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
