For this role, applicant must demonstrate outstanding leadership in all areas of product marketing, including:

- Market assessment
- Strategy development including e.g. product positioning, branding, promotion, thought leader engagement, scientific strategy, channel strategy, market access, competitive dynamics, and long-term planning
- Forecasting including market size, class, and brand shares for various indications, competitors, and market events
- Budget management
- Resource mix and prioritization, e.g. digital, personal, consumer
- Launch planning and execution.
- This position will report to the Associate Vice President, U.S. Oncology Marketing, GU, and Hematology.
- Travel: Requires approximately 10-20% travel, including some weekends.

The Executive Director, US Marketing, Kidney Cancer will lead a team of marketing professionals, developing the capabilities of each individual and the strength of the team through marketing excellence and through a culture of commitment to our company's ethics and policies, trust, DEI, and by recognizing, motivating, attracting, and retaining talent.

**Education**:

- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: MBA

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum of 10 years pharmaceutical business experience, including marketing, people management, and launch experience
- Demonstrated leadership roles in areas of significant business responsibility (revenue, strategy, etc.)
- Experience leading and prioritizing in complex, fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solving, strong collaboration skills
- Management of P&L and experience making tradeoffs across marketing levers
- Excellent communication skills including ability to present clearly to executive level audiences

**Preferred Experience and Skills**:

- Deep US Oncology market experience
- Experience in sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience in digital and data analytics

$243,500.00 - $383,300.00
