We are seeking a motivated, experienced Front Desk Sales Representative to join our team at THE DRIPBaR in Huntington Beach, CA.

To join our team, you must truly love interacting with people, greet and welcome potential and existing clients to the studio, help clients determine the next steps in their wellness journey, promote membership sales, answer queries, screen phone calls, confirm appointments, delegate tasks and instructions, manage work schedules, help our nurses, and ensure current members are receiving the highest level of customer service.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Scheduling and managing: i.e. consult, GFE, booking clients/members’ appointments, taking payments
- Educating clients on DRIPBaR Services benefits and offer suggestions for IVs or supplements based on what the client expresses
- Managing and maintaining spa services (ensuring a safe environment for members and guests, cleaning, stocking of supplies)
- Execution and coordination of the company’s marketing and ongoing sales campaigns (grassroots events, outreach & building local partnerships)
- Having good social media skills and organic postings and promoting our services
- Efficiently working with our sales and marketing tools
- Representing office interests in relationships with external associates, including vendors, consultants, and clients
- Assisting the nurses as needed within the scope of practice
- Recognize and respond to potential problems and take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by the management
- Communicate to management on regular basis
- Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the management

**Experience**:

- Customer service and Sales experience
- Medical Spa experience is preferred
- Experience on grass root marketing/events is preferred
- Must have computer skills and social media knowledge
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing pay

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Pay**: $18- $22 per hour
