Process Creation:
- Identify and implement best practices for onboarding and software deployment.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Technical Expertise:
- Understand the technical aspects of our software solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support.
- Ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company goals.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the effective use of our software.
- Develop training materials and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and increased usage.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of project activities.
Client Feedback:
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with product development teams to implement improvements based on client insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, professional services, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development and implementation processes.
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
