- Prospecting: Research and develop a thorough understanding of the market, target prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Medrio's solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support overall sales objectives.
- Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in the software or healthcare industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence prospects.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

**Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
