Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers within the commercial and industrial refrigeration industry. This role is proactive in customer relationship management and collaborating with the Service department to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.

 

Responsibilities

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone and email communication.

·        Collaborate with the sales team and sales leader to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

·        Prepare quotes from opportunities generated by our service technicians and deliver to the customer via email.

·        Follow up with customers on all outstanding proposals.

·        Keep accurate and detailed records of interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) platform.

·        Collaborate with marketing and Service Leader to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on leads generated.

·        Meet or exceed monthly sales quota.

·        Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

·        Familiar with CRM software and sales methodologies.

·        Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·        Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.

·        Bilingual (Spanish), preferred .
