**About the Company**

Hillcrest Health, LLC is a multi-unit F45 Training franchisee owning and operating studios across the United States. The company’s mission is to help more people achieve their health and fitness goals by delivering the world's best group workout experience.

We are hiring F45 Coaches to join our F45 Training family The F45 Coach is primarily responsible for leading our technology-driven group training classes. The F45 Coach is a key contributor to supporting, encouraging, and motivating our member community during every workout.

Position: Part-Time (contract basis)

Compensation: $35 - $40 per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Lead high quality F45 group training classes.
- Sufficiently prepare for group training classes by reviewing the day’s workout programming prior to assigned class times.
- Ensure members are using correct form at all times.
- Provide appropriate movement modifications for each member as applicable.
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment.
- Class set up, studio and equipment organization, and studio cleanliness.
- Participate in and adhere to trial nurturing, member acquisition, member retention protocols, and customer service.
- Administer initial member intake forms.
- Establish a friendly and welcoming relationship with the studio’s member community.
- Participate in studio staff meetings as applicable and attend member community events.
- Contribute to studio social media content as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience as a group fitness instructor is preferred.
- Current CPR/AED certification is required.
- A nationally accredited CPT certification (e.g.; ACSM, ACE, NASM, ISSA) is preferred.
- Obtain personal general liability insurance during the onboarding process.
- Complete F45 Training’s Academy certifications.
- Understanding of functional movements, interval training, heart rate focused training programs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

- AED/CPR Certification (required)
- Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Watertown, MA 02472: Relocate before starting work (required)
