The Sales Support Specialist is a critical role for the company to make sure that our customers are beyond satisfied before and after their purchase. Our agents demonstrate rapport, innovation, dependability, and efficiency. It is the responsibility of the Specialist to determine what the customer’s needs are and how to best assist them, and to do so in a way that ensures a seamless experience for the customer.
- Process customer purchase orders; prepare documents for shipping, and invoicing.
- Answering client calls, determining their needs, and routing communication to the entire organization.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and/or replacements as needed.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
- Cultivate a relationship between the customers and the sales team.
- Uses computerized systems for tracking requests, troubleshooting problems, assessing parts inventory, documenting resolutions, or determining warranty eligibility.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function
- Provide support for other teams in the department as needed
- Sales order entry
- Work with shipping department to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner
- Data entry
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
**Job Requirements**:
- High competency in Excel, Word, and other office document programs.
- Must have Data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of EDI processing is desired.
- Strong and accurate mathematical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated self-starter and detailed oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience with International customers a plus.
- Work experience in an office environment is a major necessity.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have at least 2-5 years of related experience.
