**Records Clerk**

Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, an education law firm, has an immediate opening for a Records Clerk in our San Diego office.

The Records Clerk performs a variety of clerical duties including maintenance of the file room and files, contact with attorneys and staff, and observes confidentiality of client and firm matters. Additional records management responsibilities include managing reports of offsite inventory, preparing files for offsite storage, and retrieving files when required.

The Records Clerk also assists with other office services type responsibilities including copy room, mailroom, conference room, and kitchen management in addition to acting as reception relief. Experience with operating a multi-line telephone/computer system to answer and route incoming telephone calls and faxes.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a records clerk
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Preferred Qualifications:
Three + years of records clerk experience, preferably in a law firm, including experience operating a multi-line call manager system, transferring calls, and handling multiple calls simultaneously.
