Job Overview

Position is Hybrid.

The Training and Apprenticeship Program provides opportunities for those interested in beginning careers in Behavioral Health Services. The program is open to those with entry level or below work experience or education and those with lived experience. The earn-while-you-learn program provides education, experience and career guidance that leads to gainful employment. HealthRIGHT 360 has a proven track record in preparing SUD Counselor Apprentices for regular full time employment. We are now expanding the program to training for those interested in Case Management and Community Health Worker opportunities.

The Training and Apprenticeship Program Manager will be responsible for building enhanced apprentice and mentorship programs. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build processes and placement plans for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build processes and placement plans for all participants.
- Build and maintain liaison with various community partners, schools, and training programs.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop outreach and recruitment materials.
- Recruit, interview, and place apprentices into the best program for their needs.
- Develop and lead a robust onboarding and training program for apprentices.
- Working directly with site and clinical supervisors to ensure apprentices are receiving their required supervision and meeting the requirements of their program.
- Continuously develop new apprenticeship opportunities, including writing job descriptions.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

**Minimum**:

- BA in a related field required.
- Experience with providing meaningful engagement to disenfranchised populations including people with lived experience.
- Familiarity with entry level behavioral health certificate programs including Community Health Worker, Peer Support Specialist and Case Management.
- Experience working in a nonprofit, behavioral health environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions including recruitment and selection, learning and development, career planning.
- Experience with creating and delivering educational curriculum.
- Experience working with external community partners and building relationships.
- 2-5 years volunteer or intern management experience, or equivalent.
- Experience with project and process building and management.
- Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively as part of interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a a satisfactory background check and live scan clearance.
