Hospitality Sales and Marketing Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced sales associate to book events and form partnerships to utilize our 15,000 square feet of meeting and events center space along with the restaurant spaces associated with our resort property and golf course in Mesa Arizona. We offer a base pay and generous commission. A fun environment to work in, and an assessment based specifically on performance. Having a history of great hospitality sales, and even a book of business and contacts would be greatly helpful.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize internal and external marketing tools and social media to bring lots of new business to the property—pool parties, weddings, corporate events, life events; catering partners, social media influencers, etc to build a vibrant events business.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, and business development
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical sales expertise in technology products/services
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
