The Mobile Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores. As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, and helping them find the perfect mobile solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer who enters our store.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Participate in outbound activities to market Boost Mobile brands and products, driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, ensuring you can answer customer questions and provide expert advice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
  • Participate in special events and marketing initiatives to promote Boost Mobile products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum six months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
