**Job Summary**: We are seeking an HR Generalist at our Exton, PA headquarters location to lead strategic talent acquisition as we rapidly scale. In this critical role, you will own recruiting efforts, improve processes, and drive hiring to build our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute day-to-day recruiting efforts to attract and evaluate qualified talent across functions; take ownership of specific hiring pipelines based on business priorities.
- Manage internship and university recruiting programs; identify partnership opportunities.
- Own key components of the onboarding program including preboarding, new hire orientation, and 30/60-day checkpoints.
- Maintain and help communicate company HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Lead and participate in various HR projects as required.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience; staffing in high growth environments a plus.
- Proficient in leveraging social media and other platforms to source talent.
- Exposure designing and executing human resource initiatives centered on engagement.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills needed for open roles.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions like compensation, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality and thorough knowledge of
Employment-related laws and regulations.
- Exceptional relationship building abilities and communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
