**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Customer Service Representative**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer service issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help build relationships with new and existing customer base
- Work with dispatcher and sales lead to book leads
- Provide information about the products and services
- Work with team to fill defcon board on a daily/weekly basis
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Duties**:
**Work with the team**:_ _**You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently - everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.
