**Project Coordinator**

**Department: Service Delivery/Project Management**

**Regular Full-Time / Exempt**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning**: Independently plan and organize project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing regular updates and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
- **Task Management**: Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with project requirements.
- **Resource Allocation**: Work independently to allocate resources and materials as needed to support project activities, optimizing efficiency, and minimizing waste.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and action item lists, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and clients, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination or related roles is beneficial but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
