**Cleaning & Restoration Technician Job Summary**
Assist in gaining and retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services.

**Cleaning & Restoration Technician** **Responsibilities**
- Effectively perform **_all_**_ _restoration services the company offers _(Carpet & Floor Cleaning; Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration)._
**_(Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate)_**:

- Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

**_The chosen applicant will be the first employee of Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Houston and will be trusted to be a self-starter with little oversight. The company plans to expand rapidly, resulting in its first employees to become managers of new employees just as fast. Pay will rise as responsibilities and experiences are added and trust is gained. Voda Cleaning & Restoration is expected to be operational by the first of 2024._
