As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our restoration services and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage restoration services, including water damage, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage restoration.
- Develop and implement effective restoration plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Supervise and train restoration technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct site inspections to assess damage and develop restoration plans.
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of restoration services.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration services, including water damage, mold remediation, and fire and smoke damage restoration.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.50.
