We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Technician to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Construction Technician, you will play a critical role in the restoration process, ensuring that properties are returned to their pre-loss condition.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare work areas for restoration activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform restoration processes as directed, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanups, ensuring that work sites are left in a clean and orderly condition.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
