**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years Real Estate Sales experience
- A proven Realtor in the luxury real estate sector, demonstrating a successful track record in luxury real estate sales.
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury property markets, including trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.
- Strong networking abilities with an established network of high-profile clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent clientele.
