**Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (In-house)**

**Compensation**:
$36,000 - $45,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- A minimum of over 200 transactions must be closed.
- Manage and oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review all transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
- Ensure all deadlines and contingencies are met and followed up on.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and related documentation.
- Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closings.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transaction process.
- Provide regular updates to agents and clients on the status of their transactions.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
