Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to assist property owners in selling and leasing their office buildings and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. If you’re prepared to take your real estate career to the next level, apply now Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Prospecting Activities utilizing a variety of methods via phone, email, direct mail, and more. • Tour properties and conduct meetings with clients and prospects • Develop and maintain your own book of business and client relationships • Interface closely with architects, contractors, lawyers, building owners, leasing agents, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the commercial real estate business. • Financial Analysis and Underwriting • Negotiate Commercial Leases and Sales Contracts • Research and Learn about the Houston Commercial Real Estate Market Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Successful candidates exhibit several key qualities including: self-motivated, independent, comfortable with autonomy, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to self-reflect and adjust/pivot/adapt • Able and Willing to procure new business through Prospecting • Experience in Sales or Real Estate preferred • Four-year college degree required • Texas Real Estate License will ultimately be required • Commitment to a career vs. "a job" Compensation: $100,000 yearly
