As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base. **Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**:

- Developing an inclusive customer experience by communicating and interacting with a professional, charismatic demeanor
- Unifying problem-solving and decision-making to impact the experience and concerns of customers in a positive manner
- Close sales and upsell products when appropriate to increase sales margins for our clients
- Develop custom service packages for new and existing customers that will meet their needs
- Updating customer account status as needed to maintain accurate information
- Connecting with customers by engaging directly in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each interaction
- Attend regular meetings with the larger Customer Service and Sales team to construct strategies for achieving Customer service standards and goals
- Meet weekly customer acquisition targets in a team-collaborative environment

**Customer Service Representative Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or customer service is ideal
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Solution-oriented with the ability to tackle any situation with confidence
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Excellent communication skills while interacting with customers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
