**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the auto service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control.
- Greet customers and provide professional consultation on their vehicle service needs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, invoices, and customer information.
- Monitor and improve departmental performance, productivity, and profitability.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an auto service manager or advisor, preferably in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computerized automotive management systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
