- Ability to travel on occasion
- Ability to work beyond traditional office hours when necessary

- Ability to commute daily to South Haven office

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced understanding of Excel
- Ability to keep high level information confidential

**Skills preferred but not required**:

- Website management experience

**Job Type**: Part-Time with Flexible Hours

**Pay**: $15 - $18 per hour DOE
