Office Manager/project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate schedules for installations and warranty work
- Manage inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office needs
- Oversee the front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
- Maintain organized documents of job scheduling, status and completion
- Manage office and every day tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks Online or Manufacturers software for invoicing, quoting and warranty service
- Oversee permitting process and scheduling inspections

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office management role, demonstrating proficiency in supervising administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge in Impact Windows and Doors is a plus
