**Procurement Specialist - Data, Tools & Reporting**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will conduct digitalization initiatives for Procurement processes and tools
- You will be the major expert user of Corporate Procurement tools (Tableau, SRM, ScanMarket, BW, SharePoint)
- Manage and train colleagues on standards and processes
- You will provide data provision to Corporate Procurement team
- Ensure proper document management - store, monitor and maintain
- Ensure alignment, collaboration, and proper communication with regions
- Provide Corporate Procurement Reports, e.g., monitoring Corporate Procurement productivity initiatives
- Manage and implement projects in the areas of data, tools, and reporting
- Discuss data analytics and reports across functions with the goal to further improve data quality & transparency
- Support the team with sourcing and supplier engagement activities with fully digital processes

**What makes you great**
- A bachelor’s degree is required, Materials Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer
- Science or Engineering is preferred.
- 3+ years in a Procurement, IT or Operations role - experience in field of data management, data quality, data governance or an area that highlights the ability to work with data at scale, is required
- Proven ability to deliver against targets
- Multinational experience, willingness to travel globally as required
- Understanding of value generation with data, combined with a strong interest in data governance and data management
- Experience to deal with, condense and draw conclusions from complex amounts of data
- Openness and capability to understand and take on ownership of Procurement tools
- Experience with Procurement data sets, data warehouse platforms (e.g., SAP BW) and analytical platforms (e.g., Tableau) is beneficial
- Must have strong technical skills in Microsoft office, working with databases, website maintenance (for web and intranet), editing documents, and coordinating off and on-site events
