Team Leader for Expansion Team

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Lead and supervise a team of real estate agents
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Utilize knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations to guide team activities
- Coordinate sales transactions and negotiate contracts
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Implement strategies to enhance team performance
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in real estate administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
