**Responsibilities**:
Accounts Payable Management
- Process invoices and other accounts payable documents accurately and in a timely manner
- Support A/P department by coding and entering non-AIA invoices through PVault system
- Support A/P department by coding, entering, and managing payment of AIA invoices through PVault and Sage 300 systems
**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to perform independent analysis
- Knowledge of Sage 300 (Timberline) accounting system and integrated PVault system
- Accounts Payable experience in construction industry, including non-AIA and AIA billings, with a working knowledge of retainage withholding
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in accounting in a general contractor setting or a combination of skills and experience to meet job responsibilities
- Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline), PVault strongly preferred, but not required
