excellence, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join

our team remotely.

**Position**: Remote Sales Representative - Staffing Services for 3rd Party Logistics

**Location**:Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our staffing services

tailored for 3rd party logistics companies.
- Prospect and establish new business relationships with 3rd party logistics

firms, understanding their staffing needs and offering customized solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of

high-quality staffing services that meet client requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including

contract negotiation and execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor

activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated track

record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2 years of experience within the Logistics/Transportation industry,

with a deep understanding of its staffing needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong

relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and the ability to

work autonomously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline

management and reporting.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary with uncapped commission potential. The base pay range

for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 USD excluding the commission potential.
