Daggerfinn Sales Representative

Overview:

Daggerfinn is seeking passionate, customer-centric sales professionals to support our growing employer branding and organizational development consulting practice. Effective sales representatives will be instrumental in the company’s continued growth while also maintaining a positive reputation with new and current clients. The sales representative will be exposed to customer leads from a wide variety of sources.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and closing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up via calling, texting, emailing, and utilizing social media.

• Generating leads and closing deals

• Growing Sales Pipeline and hunting for new opportunities

• Calling on all levels, including C, VP, D, & M Level executives

• Offering Daggerfinn consulting services and solutions

• Responding to customer inquiries in an efficient and expedient manner.

• Understanding customer needs and requirements to provide the appropriate service offering and quote.

• Educating customers on service offerings, promotions, and industry trends.

• Utilizing sales and marketing data to execute sales campaigns.

• Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements and skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Strong phone presence and comfortability speaking with customers, processing payments over the phone, and consultatively selling

• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus

• Confidence and creative thinking

• Strong customer service acumen

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Strong listening and presentation skills

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Willingness to be a part of the team that fields inbound inquiries outside of business hours.
