The individual in this position will play a key role in the transfer of formulae from R&D to Manufacturing. The objective will be to ensure that these formulae are stable and the manufacturing process is sound.

**Quality Assurance Technician**

**Salary: $20 per hour Hours: Tuesday
- Friday 6am
- 4pm**

**Duties**:

- Perform quality control inspections on product stability of new and existing formulae.
- Assures that all stability testing in on schedule.
- Calibrate pH meters, Viscometers, organize stability samples and maintain in stability chambers.
- Authors stability reports for product stability.
- Analyze data and test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to verify product development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for dimensional analysis
- Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
