**Job Overview**:

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Utilize and systems to track orders and shipments
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide support for system users
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in using and customer service software
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Familiarity with and transportation management systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information quickly
- Knowledge of processes and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
