- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Maintain cleanliness of spa gym, yoga studio, atrium, aerobics rooms, and Fairmont Fitness Center.
- Direct members & guests to appointments; assist them with fitness equipment
- Assist Groups Business Manager with group fitness bookings and events
- Book spa guests and members for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other services.
- Assist Lead Fitness Specialist with fitness class scheduling
- Assist Female Locker room attendants to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficiencies
- Maintain all areas if the spa are in a tidy manner and ensure all amenities are stocked
- Assist Spa Operations Supervisor with inventory disbursement
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 1 year of Spa or Hospitality experience required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
