We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our quality management systems to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an auto parts manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to employees.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Specialist, preferably in an auto parts manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001.
