Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all orders are entered into the system accurately with reference to paint and pack codes and realistic promised dates.
- Offering substitute parts when necessary or obtaining stock from other warehouse locations to meet customer needs.
- Liaison with supply chain or logistics departments regarding availability and expected in plant dates to meet customer needs. This applies to both local and import products.
- The Customer Service Representative also communicates delivery problems timeously to customers and when necessary to Divisional Managers.
- Communication of open order status to customers for reconciliation and to external / internal stakeholders on matters related to meeting customer needs on time.
- Adhere to recovery strategy where customers’ needs have not been met.
- Departmental procedures for Reporting, GRA, PNC, IBT, credit notes and debit notes.
- Adhoc duties.
- Knowledge on cross border requirements

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-5 years in Customer Service
- Computer Literacy on Oracle R12, Windows,excel
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Customer focused
