Medical Receptionist/front Desk

Busy Family Practice office seeks Front Desk Specialist.

Monday - Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - with hour lunch; Off on Fridays

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet Patients
- Answer phones
- Book appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Insurance verification
- Collect co-pays - digital and cash payments
- Fax, file, and perform any other duties assigned
- Prepare, cleans and maintains exam and treatment rooms, as well as supplies and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience
- eClinical experience
- Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy
- Familiar with HIPAA policies
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Proficient in the use of computers and related software
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week
