**PURPOSE**: To provide support to Area Managers. Supervise support staff and providers. To maintain a client caseload. To ensure excellent service delivery by developing and maintaining relationships with client members, families, staff, and State personnel. To ensure the tracking and processing of all contractual and licensing regulations including all necessary certifications, data and record keeping and file audits.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience & education in field of disability services, education, or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint card.
- ** Requires both Remote Work and Travel across the Valley**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- ** Will be expected to work in an administrative/managerial role with Arion Care Solutions**:

- Enter data for billing and payroll. Finish payroll processing on schedule
- Collect, process, and track Habilitation Data and all required paperwork.
- Update tracking system to review staff who are in danger of losing their certifications.
- Research denials to determine corrective action and rebilling status.
- Update managers on denials, reasons for denials, and action needed (if known).
- Answer phone calls, handle service inquiries, prioritize requests and notify manager, as necessary.
- Attend member's quarterly planning meetings and other meetings as necessary
- Meet monthly tasks and reports deadlines i.e. Denials, Cert Reports, and so on
- Trains subordinates completely
- Completes all coverage needs or Gap Reports on time, and will communicate with families
- Handles all complaints as necessary and completes, documents, and communicates resolutions appropriately
- Ensure adequate staffing including emergency coverage is provided as needed
- Follow all company and State policies and procedures including, but not limited to:

- Reporting to work on time as scheduled.
- Refraining from excessive absenteeism.
- Work all hours as scheduled
- Obtaining prior approval for desired time off.
- Maintain all records, logs, and other documentation as required by ISP, Company and State policies and procedures
- Act as an appropriate role model.
- Ensure that a clean and safe environment free from abuse, intimidation and harassment is maintained.
- Maintain all training and certifications as required by State or Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**
- The ability to lift items up to 30 lbs, including assisting with personal care of clients.
- The ability to physically assist people as needed including lifting and transferring.
- The ability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend in order to assist people with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, and cleaning.
- Patience and the ability to exercise restraint and self-control in potentially challenging situations.
- Ability to quickly respond to health, safety, and emergency situations.
- Ability to use and work with multiple data bases to research discrepancies, update databases, and maintain spreadsheets and tables.
- Ability to exercise patience while working quickly.

- Requires the use of personal vehicle.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

This job operates as a remote telecommuting position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare, if appropriate.
