**Job Title**: Marketing Coordinator

**Location**: Chattanooga, TN

**Department**: Marketing

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Coordination**:

- Routine check in and follow up with contributors and stakeholders to ensure campaign development is timely and efficient
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
- Design adaptable templates and variations to enable efficient scaling of marketing campaigns.

**Event Coordination**:

- Contribute as a member of our event staff and assist event managers with local and regional events
- Ensure event activations are robust and well executed
- Help plan and execute other marketing events such as product launches, webinars, and trade shows.

**E-commerce Website Maintenance**:

- Perform pricing, inventory, and product updates on e-commerce websites.
- Update website images and copy to align with current brand campaigns and marketing messages.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform provides a seamless and engaging customer experience.

**Content Creation**:

- Coordinate with peers and third parties to collect and deploy content on company websites
- Coordinate with industry partners and to facilitate ABG assets being used in other’s campaigns as appropriate

- Actively contribute to projects across all facets of marketing
- Support the sales team in development of promotional campaigns
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Creative thinker who can contribute to marketing discussions when developing campaign and digital advertising strategies
- Technical proficiency with CMS, project management, and creative software
- Ability to recognize and/or create high-level visual content resonant in the cycling marketplace
- Experience in photography, graphic design, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or commensurate experience required
- Minimum 2 years of D2C marketing coordination experience required
- Passion for the outdoors, cycling, or triathlon
