Job Overview:
Design to Finish General Contracting, Inc. is a leading construction firm specializing in interior renovation services in the general commercial, institutional and industrial field of construction. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Clerical Support**:

- Assist project managers with preparing documents, filing, and transmitting data.
- Manage office documents, correspondence, and weekly reports.
- Provide administrative support to field managers

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.

**Office Management**:

- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
- Handle document management, copying, and file maintenance.
- Participate in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Quickbooks Pro is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction industry is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
