Payroll Assistant

One of CFS’ top clients is currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their growing team

Responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant

·       The Payroll Assistant will check timesheets for accuracy and enter timesheets into payroll software

·       The Payroll Assistant will handle direct deposits

·       Assist with processing of payroll and data entry

·       The Payroll Assistant will monitor PTO and wage changes for all employees

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Assistant

·       Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel

·       Office administrative and data entry experience

·       Payroll experience is a plus
